How to become a TOTC Member

Have you taken any TOTC classes, or do you have a title (obedience, rally, agility, nosework, conformation, etc) for your dog?  If so, you can become an active member of TOTC!

Print, fill out, and give this form to a current TOTC member along with payment of dues.  After two favorable readings at club meetings, you will be notified of your acceptance into TOTC!
